Draft for review. These charter terms are a starting template and must be reviewed and finalised by Kramer Yachting and legal counsel before publication. Bracketed items are placeholders to be confirmed. Last updated: 10 August 2026.
“Operator”, “we” or “us” means Kramer Yachting (operating entity to be confirmed). “Client” or “you” means the person or party making a booking. “Yacht” means the vessel booked. “Charter” means the rental of the yacht for the agreed period.
An enquiry submitted through this website or the booking form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking becomes a valid option or reservation only once we confirm availability in writing and the required deposit has been received. The Client confirms that the information provided at booking is accurate.
Charter prices are quoted per week in EUR unless stated otherwise. Unless expressly stated, the price does not include obligatory charges and optional services, which may include:
The obligatory and optional extras applicable to each yacht are shown during the enquiry and on your quote.
[Payment schedule to be confirmed – typically an advance payment of [X]% of the charter price at the time of booking, with the balance due [Y] days before check-in.] Payment methods and account details are provided on your booking confirmation. The reservation is guaranteed only once the agreed payment is received.
A refundable security deposit (typically between EUR 2,500 and EUR 5,000 depending on the yacht) is payable before boarding and is returned after check-out, provided the yacht and its equipment are returned in proper condition and without damage. Where offered, a deposit waiver may be purchased as an optional extra.
Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 09:00. Weekly charters generally run from Saturday to Saturday; certain yachts allow flexible start dates and shorter charter periods. The check-in day and minimum duration applicable to each yacht are shown at the time of booking.
The Client and crew undertake to:
[Cancellation terms to be confirmed – for example, tiered cancellation charges depending on how far in advance of check-in the cancellation is made.] Requests to change a confirmed booking are subject to availability. We strongly recommend appropriate travel and charter cancellation insurance.
The yacht is insured in accordance with applicable regulations; the Client’s liability is generally limited to the amount of the security deposit, save in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Personal belongings, and travel cancellation or curtailment, are the Client’s responsibility to insure.
We are not liable for delays, changes or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, force majeure, and port or authority restrictions. If a booked yacht becomes unavailable, we will use reasonable efforts to provide a comparable yacht or a refund of sums paid for the affected charter.
Any complaint should be raised with the base or our representative during the charter so that it can be addressed promptly, and confirmed to us in writing.
These terms are governed by [Croatian / Slovenian] law, and any disputes are subject to the competent court of the operator’s jurisdiction (to be confirmed with legal counsel).
